Posted February 05, 2019 04:02:18Gucci Sportwear has announced it is offering a $100 coupon code on select clothing brands for the sale of $100 to its customers online at Gucci.com, a new deal launched today.
The coupon code is available to users who have not already done so, and the offer applies to online orders as well as those made at select retailers.
The offer applies online orders and will not be available in stores, where the coupon code will be valid.
The offer is available until January 12.
The code will work for orders made online and on select retailers, including Nordstrom, Macy’s, Gap, J. Crew, H&lum, Under Armour, and Tommy Hilfiger.
The deal was first revealed by Gucci’s VP of Marketing, Paul J. Blasetti, at the Gucci Spring/Summer 2019 press event in New York City.
The promotion was also spotted on Twitter, where Blasett noted the deal is limited to $100 in online orders.
Blasett also noted the offer will be available to select customers with a purchase of $150 or more online or at select retail outlets.
The Gucci coupon code can be used to save $50 off select purchases of $300 or more.
This offer will only be valid at select Gucci retailers and will be effective for orders placed online or on select online retailers until January 18, 2019.
The purchase price of the Guccis new line of Gucci sport shoes is $3,995.
The new offer comes as the fashion brand continues to push back against online shopping in an effort to increase consumer acceptance of the retailing model, as well the company’s overall business model.
It comes as consumers increasingly are using credit cards to make purchases online.
The company last week announced a partnership with Mastercard to help customers make payments online and avoid a $10 fee on transactions.
Last week, the company announced it would be introducing a new way for shoppers to purchase online: Pay-it-Forward, in which shoppers can make a payment directly to Gucci directly from their bank account.
This new method of payment will be announced later this month.
